Shipping policy

Choi·ces Shipping 

We ship through various companies depending on the item (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) but we normally ship items through USPS mail. Each item is custom made, some are made on-demand which means once a customer places an order and payment is secured, the item will then be created. Processing of orders depends on demand but can last between 1-10 business days depending on the garment. Shipping of the item will come directly after and can arrive at your doorstep between 1-7 business days, depending on the carrier and shipping times.

If you purchase multiple items, some items may ship out before others so you may not receive all items at once. No need to worry if you don't receive each item at the same time, you will receive any remaining items soon. Shipping Carriers 

We have noticed delays in shipping times for orders, where in some cases the order tracking link takes a day up or even to a week before it will first update after finally being scanned by our shipping carrier partner.  While these cases are rare, it is clear that all shipping carriers are under incredible strain.  Please ask you to be patient, as we have seen that in the vast majority of cases packages are simply delayed, not lost.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number along with a link to view your tracking information via email as soon as your item(s) have shipped. If you receive multiple tracking numbers, do not be alarmed as some items come from different warehouses. All available tracking information is accurate and will provide you with details as to the date of arrival for your parcel.
