Refund policy

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Because each Choices Garments & Atelier item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, or fit preference. Please review the size guide provided on each product page before placing your order.

We will replace an item at no charge if it arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, if the wrong item or size was sent, or if it is materially different from the item ordered. To request a replacement, customers must email shop@choi-ces.com within 7 days of delivery with their order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If a replacement cannot reasonably be provided, Choices Garments & Atelier may issue a refund to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds for correctly fulfilled orders, including orders where the customer selected the wrong size.

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once an order enters production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
